If your Potterton boiler requires an engineer to visit and is still under warranty you should first contact the installer.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, then please call our dedicated team on 08706 096 096 and we'll arrange a visit from a CORGI registered heateam engineer in your area.
IMPORTANT!
When you call us, please provide:
- Appliance installation address including postcode
- Installer name and address
- Appliance serial number
Your serial number
The serial number can be found on a barcode sticker:
- Inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
- On the top of the boiler, or
- Inside the main front panel
