Your Potterton boiler should be serviced each year. We recommend the best time to do this is during the summer, when there is less demand on installers to attend emergency breakdowns. Any CORGI registered installer should be able to carry this out. CORGI stands for the Council for Registered Gas Installers and is recognised as the UK's gas safety watchdog.

The interpart website offers a store location facility so that customers can quickly find their nearest outlet. All enquiries for spare parts received by our Customer Service Centre on 08706 060 780 are directed to one of our approved stockists. Potterton does not sell spare parts directly to installers or the general public.
The cost of a boiler is likely to vary according to where you buy it. You can obtain prices by contacting your local stockists e.g. plumbers merchants. You will need to add the cost of fitting. For an estimate of the total cost you should contact a local CORGI registered installer.
