New heateam website makes life easier for Baxi Group customers

New heateam websiteheateam, the service division of UK heating manufacturer Baxi Group, has launched a new website,

The new website has been designed to make life as easy as possible for people with Baxi Group appliances, including Baxi, Potterton and Main boilers, Heatrae Sadia, Megaflo and Santon hot water storage cylinders and water heaters and Valor, Wonderfire and Baxi fires.

You can now register the warranty of new appliances quickly and easily online.  This means that, in the unlikely event that it breaks down, we can quickly recognise your appliance and provide you with our service.  And, for added peace of mind, you can also get a quote for an extended warranty for selected Baxi Group products.
It is now simple to arrange a service or repair visit using the new online form.

The new website also has product help sections on boilers, cylinders and fires including comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions.  How to video guides show to perform simple maintenance procedures such as resetting or repressurising the boiler and replenishing the air gap in a Megaflo cylinder.  If you can't find what you're looking for, need further information or want to arrange for an engineer to visit, you can call heateam on 0844 335 2266.

Also included on the website is a section for our customers to give us their views.  You can contact Lee Robinson, Baxi Group's Customer Service Director, and leave general feedback, ask a question or let us know when things go wrong.  "We have thousands of satisfied customers every year,” says Lee. "We appreciate, however, that sometimes things go wrong.  The new website provides an opportunity for our customers to give us their feedback and for us to listen to them, answer their questions and make sure we make our service even better.

"With so many people preferring to use the internet now, we have invested considerably in making the new website as accessible as possible and to make life easier for our customers.  We have included a survey so that visitors can let us know what they think of the site.”
