We are open every day except Christmas Day and New Year's Day. You can reach us during the following times:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
- Saturday/Sunday 8.30am to 2pm
- Bank Holidays 8.30 to 2pm
- Closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day

No-one is more qualified to repair or service your Potterton appliance. heateam engineers are all Gas Safe registered and specifically trained on Baxi Group products. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain on 1 April 2009.
