Applications made at Merchant Trade Mornings
1. To receive £50 instant cashback at merchant trade morning events, participants must purchase a Potterton Promax boiler at that specific location, on the day of the event.

3. Following their purchase, participants can obtain an application form from Potterton event staff. The completed application form should be submitted to the Potterton representative along with a full and valid proof of purchase for a Potterton Promax boiler on the day of the event. A copy of this proof of purchase must then be attached to the application form for the claim to be valid.
4. Claims made at merchant trade mornings will be fulfilled instantly in cash direct to the participant once the completed application form (inc. sales invoice) has been submitted. 

Postal Applications / Claims
5. Participants must purchase a Potterton Promax boiler during the period 1st July 2010 and 31st August 2010.
6. Participants must fully complete the application form and attach a copy of their Potterton Promax sales invoice (dated during the period stated in Point 5). Both elements should be sent to Freepost RR BL-GYE X-HXHU, Potterton Marketing Department, Potterton, Brooks House, Warwick CV34 4LL
7. Postal applications will be fulfilled by cheque made payable to the participant name as detailed on the application form and will be sent by post to the address specified on the application form.
8. All postal cashback claims will be processed and fulfilled within one month of receipt of completed application form (inc. copy of valid Potterton Promax sales invoice).
9. The closing date for all postal applications is 10th September 2010. Any applications received after this date will not be processed and fulfilled.

General Terms & Conditions
10. Employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this offer are excluded.
11. This promotion is only open to installers who do not receive any other form of promotional support. Contractors are not eligible to apply for this cashback offer. A contractor is defined as a business already entered into contractual agreement with Baxi Group.
12. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer or support.
13. Participants are able to claim 1 x £50 cashback claim on their first purchase. Any subsequent purchases will not be eligible for the cashback offer. Only 1 x £50 cashback claim can be made per participant.
14. This offer is only open to Gas Safe Registered Installers. Participants will be asked to produce their Gas Safe Register ID Card and must provide their Gas Safe Register ID number along with a corresponding business address.
15. Participants are responsible for any tax implications arising from claiming this £50 cashback.
16. Participants must ensure that their correct details are entered onto the application form in a legible manner. 
17. The Promoter's decision as to the operation of the £50 cashback offer is final.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in the Promoter's opinion events or circumstances occur outside the Promoter's control.
19. Completion of the cashback application form is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
