Potterton 2009 Bonus Promotion
Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all Corgi registered gas installers (after 1st April 2009: Installers on the Gas Safe Register), aged 18 or over who are residents in the UK.
2. To participate in the Potterton 2009 Bonus Promotion, installers must register and be accepted as a member on Potterton Bonus Direct Online. Acceptance of new members to the scheme is subject to the administrators' approval.
3. Membership is free and without obligation, other than adherence to Potterton Bonus Direct Online terms and conditions.
4. The offer is open to new and existing members of Potterton Bonus Direct Online who claim for products throughout 2009.
5. Installers who, at any point from 1st January 2009, have a live contract support agreement with Baxi Group for any of the products eligible for this promotion are excluded from being members of Potterton Bonus Direct Online and participation in the promotion. Any purchases and registrations of products made under this promotion up to the point of opening a contract support agreement will not count towards the offer.
6. Members need to collect and register their full promotional labels including security digits on Potterton Bonus Direct Online to be eligible for the additional points and to work towards hitting their target.
7. Members who have not registered any boiler purchases during 2008 and new members will start with a target of 5.
8. Members will only be eligible for bonus items if the amount of boilers registered during 2009 exceeds their 2008 registrations by a minimum of 5.
9. Items are available by registering an additional 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 purchases.
10. Each bonus item is subject to its own terms and conditions, full details of which are available on www.potterton.co.uk/bonus.
11. Fulfilment of the items will be carried out by a third party supplier, who will, subject to availability, endeavour to make delivery of the items within 28 days of receipt of order. Delivery in time for Christmas 2009 cannot be guaranteed. There is no cash alternative.
12. All claim forms to be received by 31st January 2010.
13. The third party supplier reserves the right to substitute the items for an alternative of equal or higher value.
14. Only Potterton boilers purchased and registered on Potterton Bonus Direct Online between 1st January and 31st December 2009 will be accepted and count towards this offer. Potterton reserves the right to request proof of purchase through copy invoices before issuing bonus items.
15. This offer does not apply to any other product from the Baxi Group range.
16. Potterton does not accept any liability for damage or injury caused by the use of any of the items on offer.
17. Achievements under this promotion will be calculated at the end of the calendar year. Items are not issued automatically upon reaching a target throughout the year, but via a claim form at year end. Bonus items are issued in addition to the standard rewards points received when registering a boiler throughout the year.
18. Where points have been added manually to an account by the administrator in lieu of a (missing) promotional label, the boiler registration will not count towards this offer.
19. Any tax liability arising from claiming a bonus item and eligibility to receive bonus items within their contracts of employment is the responsibility of the claimant.
20. Potterton reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any point without prior notice.
21. Potterton is a trading name of Baxi Heating UK Limited.
22. Your data will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this offer.
23. Employees of Baxi Heating UK Ltd or its parent company, their immediate families or anyone else connected with the promotion are excluded.
24. The promoter of the offer is Baxi Heating UK limited, 16 Stanier Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6BF. The promoters decision is final and not correspondence is entered into.
25. Participating in this offer and being a member of Bonus Direct Online is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
