Your boiler warranty gives you complete peace of mind that, in the event of a breakdown, you're completely covered for all labour and parts free of charge. For your warranty to be valid it must be registered with us within 30 days of installation. In addition, you'll need to keep the Benchmark checklist which can be found at the back of the service manual.

If you've moved into a new build property you may need to register the warranty on your new boiler. This can be done through Baxi Customer Support.
Similarly, if you're a homeowner with a newly installed Potterton then you will also need to register your warranty through Baxi Customer Support.
Tenants in social housing should get in touch with their landlord or housing association to make sure their warranty has been registered.
